Can civils be a better option after B.Tech.? by Subhash Annam

Mr. Subhash Annam, DSP Trainee, GroupI Select, Andhra Pradesh was the chief guest of the talkshow. Being the alumnus of B.Tech(2009 batch), he first shared his experiences of being a student of Mechanical Engineering Department here and later he worked as a Trainee Engineer and didn't find the job challenging. With the same spirit again and the urge of serving the society, took a oneyear break, prepared and appeared for the exam secured State 31st rank all over the state. Then he appeared for the interview and was selected as a DSP and was called for training. So, he came here in the gap. He readily appreciated the quality of education, resources and opportunities provided by RGUKTBasar for overall development of students.

The guest. is from a small village near Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. After his schooling wih his merit, he was selected to RGUKTBasar in the year 2009. He was graduated in Mechanical Engineering Department and passed out in the year 2015. With his imense interest on Civils and with the urge of serving the society with his abilities, he started his preparation and cleared Group1 and got placed as a DSP in Andhra Pradesh. The talkshow was then carried out with a huge crowd due to which the session had to be divided into two sessions. In the morning for E1 to E4 students and in the afternoon for PUC1 and PUC2. The program was then continued after felicitation.
